License

Klarspur itself is proprietary software. The license named in composer.json is proprietary. Open-source components actually used: stripe/stripe-php 16.6.0 — MIT. PHP library for Stripe billing, locked in composer.lock. MapLibre GL JS 4.7.1 — BSD-3-Clause. Browser map library, pinned in public/js/map.js. The license field of that package version is BSD-3-Clause. mqtt.js 5.16.0 — MIT. Browser MQTT client for live map presence, served from this site as public/js/vendor/mqtt.esm.js. Its bundle includes safe-buffer and regenerator-runtime (MIT) and ieee754 (BSD-3-Clause). Map tiles are not one of these libraries. When the OpenFreeMap demo style is on, the tile attribution setting defaults to © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Traffic data sources

Official traffic messages on planned routes (roadworks, closures, accidents, queues) come from these road authorities. The data remains theirs and each source's licence applies. Klarspur keeps only location and type, and only while the message is current.

Charging station sources

Public charging locations come from national registers and open databases. Each source keeps its licence. Klarspur caches location, connectors, power and availability where offered. M-Charge (Migrol) stations in Switzerland come from the BFE ich-tanke-strom feed (operator CH*MIG).
